Menhir Croce alle Tajate

The menhir of Croce alle Tajate looks stuck in the wall of a field called Croce (Cross). It is a soft argillaceous limestone block detached from the surrounding bedrocks. It has well flattened faces with rounded edges and carries a cross carved on the side facing West. Its height is 3.30 m, while the faces have a length of 0,33 m x 0,20.
