Porto Novaglie's tower

The existence of some freshwater springs made ​​of Novaglie a strategic location for the Saracen pirates who went there to stock up. In the 16th century, to oppose the Saracens, was built the Tower of Porto, now reduced to a pile of debris. Of the tower is visible part of what had to be the base of the original structure, made of irregular stones and red earth.
