Monument to the Urchin

The Monument to the urchin is a work by Enrico Muscetra located in Gallipoli, in the province of Lecce.

Created in 2001 and funded entirely with the proceeds of a concert by Goran Bregovic in Gallipoli, the work has been subject of criticism and appreciation of various artists and writers including Vincenzo Consolo, Sandro Chia, Vittorio Sgarbi, Edoardo Winspeare and Luigi Pisano.
