Club House is an association made to spread and pass on the Salento and Puglia wine and food culture through theme nights, courses and tastings that reflect the ancient culinary arts.
The visitors have at disposal equipped kitchens where, thanks to a team of expert cooks, they can follow special cooking classes to learn the secrets of the home-made pasta and other typical dishes of the territory.
The cooking school is based on simple principles: implementation of typical and traditional dishes using seasonal ingredients and high quality products grown and prepared in a natural way. To all this is added the maximum involvement of the students who will be able to dive in an original way in the Salento reality.
