Church of San Lazzaro
The church is located outside the city center, on the ancient road that led to San Cataldo.
It was erected the first time in the XV century as evidenced by a document of King Ferdinand I of Naples, who reveals his existence even before 1468.
The church has a simple facade on two orders. The first order is divided into three parts by pilasters, has a small entrance gate on which is placed the emblem of the city. The second order has a circular opening in the center.
The interior has three naves with an apse, and contains a 15th century fresco of San Lazzaro.
In front of the church stands the column of San Lazzaro, built in 1689.
