Concathedral of Sant'Agata
It is a baroque church of the 17th century, rebuilt to replace the old romanesque church dedicated to San Giovanni Crisostomo. In 1629 the ancient temple was destroyed and the foundation stone of the new church was laid.
The facade is divided into two orders: the first presents fluted pilasters, spaced out by access portals leading to the aisles and niches containing the statues of Sant'Agata, San Fausto and San Sebastiano. Under the statue of the latter is a latin inscription: "ISTEQUE MORBO L1BERAT URBEM." The second is home to many niches, decorated with frames containing the statues of Santa Marina and Santa Teresa of Avila. Between the two pilasters there's a large honeycomb window.
